Purpose: To address aging infrastructure, replace sewer lines, replace/repair broken windows,

The Powderhound Condominium Complex, consisting of 44 units, enjoys an excellent, spacious location at the
base of the Sugarbush Access Road. Built in 1982, the complex is now at a point where maintenance and repairs are becoming
more and more frequent. While the units are all the same size - one bedroom, one bathroom, living area and kitchenette
- many owners have chosen to modernize their units with updated amenities. This makes our complex, as a whole,
more desirable. Coupled with a new Management and Board of Directors that is eager to modernize and update our
infra-structure, the Powderhound Complex is on the upswing.
