A.  Any damage inside a unit is the responsibility of the owner.  Association Insurance covers nothing inside your unit.  Owners are strongly encrouaged to get their own insurance.

Q.  What can the Manager help me with inside my unit?
A.  Our Manager is paid to take care of the Common Areas of the complex.  If you wish assistance with any projects within the inside of your unit, you may contact the Manager and make a separate arrangement.

A.   The complex no longer has an on-site manager.  Therefore, if you, or one of your guests, gets locked out of a unit, you or your guests may call the Manager, for a fee.   If you have changed the lock on your unit and have not provided a key to the Manager, you may have to call and pay for a locksmith.

Q.   When I visit the complex, or I have guests, where should we park?
A.   Basically, owners and guests should not park on any grassed areas and only park on the graveled areas.  While parking on the shoulder of the driveway is permitted, please do not park on or near the grassed areas.  Because of the extent of snow the Valley receives in the winter, it would be almost impossible at this time to put up delineating parking barriers as they may not be seen when covered with snow.
