Winter is here! Unit owners should check the following:

* Hot water tanks for leaks or rust

* Toilets to make sure it is not constantly running and using excess water

* Do not turn off your heat in the winter! This will cause pipes to freeze and cause damage to your unit and others. Keep your heat set at a minimum of 45 degrees when it is not occupied.

* Clean off exterior decks of any debris that may blow around in winter winds
